Each product goes through testing to identify any parts that need to be repaired or replaced. Any data left by the previous owner is wiped and responsibly destroyed. Products are then graded based on cosmetic quality alone. All graded items are guaranteed to function and include the same warranty.

After the final QA inspection, the product is cleaned to ensure it looks the best it can. This is the last step before the product is bagged and sent to shipping to be boxed up. While not everything can be removed from the product, we pride ourselves on making your purchase visually appealing.
