They might be worth quite a bit! We would love to bid on your IT assets. If you have a list we can send you a bid, or bring them in for a "sort and settle", where we pay for the usable items and recycle the scrap for you.

Our center accepts almost all computer and electronics waste including desktop and laptop computers, LCD monitors, TV screens, cell phones, circuit boards, business phone systems, fax machine units, power supply units, printers, audio-video items, computer peripherals, tape backup drive systems, cameras, networking hardware, cable boxes, tablets as well as communications infrastructure components.

Why do I even need to recycle this stuff? Can’t I just throw it out?

It can be a bad idea to just throw out this type of waste. Most electronics waste has toxic metals and other household hazardous waste that can be very harmful to the environment if put in Florida landfills. Our waste management process ensures proper disposal of these materials to prevent any hazardous wastes polluting our environment. Additionally, many states (including Florida) have also passed legislation regarding e-waste to help keep our environment safe.

Can I donate my computers to a non-profit so they can be reused?

We love helping non-profits with computer donations. We’ve worked with several over the years, redeploying equipment through our Microsoft Registered Refurbisher certifications. Let us know that you’re interested in PC donations to area computer dealers so we can make sure your data is fully removed at our recycling center and then a new non-profit Microsoft license installed.

Why do you have to charge to recycle certain items?

We pay for newer computer components that still have value. At the same time, we charge for any items & systems that cost money to safely recycle. Don’t worry - we’ll provide you with a full, easy-to-read audit tailored to your waste requirements. Besides, often the value of the resalable items far outweigh any associated recycling costs.
