Customer service was incredibly helpful!

I was very pleased with my purchase of a Dell micro plus system from PCLiquidations. I was replacing a media server with 13-year old hardware. The selection options at PCLiquidations we excellent and exceeded my expectations for a system to replace my aged server.

Computer works good. No complaints with it so far. My only complaint is I paid $61 for 2 day air shipping as I needed it to work. I ordered on a Wednesday evening. It shipped through UPS. It didn't arrive until Monday afternoon. I requested a refund for not receiving in 2 days. I did not get a refund for the 2 day shipping.

Issue with Lenovo laptop not having memory configuration as advertised. Customer service asked for a picture of their label from the bottom, along withe screenshot photos I had sent. Memory module was shipped and I self installed. Laptop configuration now as advertised, I am satisfied, will look on PC Liquidations when my next computer need arises. Thank you PC Liquidations for the great customer service.

Fantastic. I will buy again if I ever need more gear. I love that I found a refurbished dock for less. It completely serves my needs. Will recommend this to others.

I recommend your company to friends and departments

I was so happy to hear that I had received a message from the company offering me a better deal on a newer computer... but my 17 year old son who got the message didn't tell me about it until 20 minutes before the purchased computer arrived in the mail. It made me want to purchase from the company again. Great service; unfortunate communication in my household. PCLiquidations can't help the latter, sadly. Very happy with my purchase. Delivered a day earlier than predicted in spite of the fact that my card placed a fraud alert on my payment (verifying that this new company was legit, as I also made a separate household purchase at a home improvement site on the same daay), postponing shipment by an entire extra day.
