We can’t get our stuff to you. What should we do?

No worries! Our exclusive white glove disposal service will come in, inventory computer accessories, pack everything up for you, and remove it to our recycling center, leaving your business facility clean.

Can you buy my IT assets if they’re only a couple years old?

We’re happy to bid on your like-new IT assets. We’ll send you a bid if you provide us with a list. We can also sort-and-settle right here if you bring them in. We’ll recycle the leftover business waste and pay you for the usable items.

What kinds of technology do you accept for recycling?

Our center accepts almost all computer accessories and materials, including desktop and laptop computers, LCD monitors, cell phones/mobile phones, batteries, computer speakers, stereo equipment, business phone systems, fax machines, modems, printers, circuit boards, cable boxes, as well as communications infrastructure devices.

Why shouldn’t I just throw out my e-waste instead of recycling it?

You really shouldn’t. Most electronics have toxic metals and other material that can be a threat to the environment if put in the landfill. On top of that, many states (including Georgia) have also passed legislation regarding the disposal of technology and electronic materials to help keep our environment safe. In other words, it’s not just a good idea - it’s the law!

Can I have my electronic equipment donated to a non-profit?

As a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher, we’ve worked together to make donations to many non-profits in the past. We’re happy to refurbish equipment for donation and redeployment. Tell us you want our computer parts donated and we’ll ensure your data is completely scrubbed before installing a new nonprofit Microsoft license.

Why charge for certain items anyway?

We have to charge to recycle machines and devices that have toxic metals or other dangerous components. We don’t have much of a choice - it costs us to dispose of these items properly in light of state and federal laws. It’s also true that we pay for newer gear that still has value. Most often, the cost of data destruction is much less than the value of the resalable items. Don’t worry - we provide full, easy-to-read audits that are tailored to your own requirements.
