The Grandstream GBX20 is a 20-Button Color LCD DSS/BLF expansion module compatible with Grandstream GRP2615 and GXV3350 IP phones. The GBX20 adds up to 40 buttons that can be programmed as busy lamp fields, speed dials, or features like call transfer, door phone access, forward and pickup increasing the users productivity and functionality.

- 20 per page (each module contains 2 pages, for up to 40 lines per module, up to 160 with 4 daisy-chained modules
- 4.3 inch (480x272) TFT color LCD
- Local GUI with animation driven from the host GRP2615, GRP2650 or GXV3350 phone; Multiple line/call appearances
- GBX20 firmware is upgraded by direct network download through host phone (GRP2615, GRP2650 or GXV3350)’s network connection and firmware upgrade setup (GDMS)
- A single GBX20 can be powered by host phone (GRP2615, GRP2650 or GXV3350); when 2 or more GBX20 is connected an included 12V PSU is needed.

Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
