- Used to connect supported Mitel digital telephones to a Mitel SX200 Digital, Light, ML, EL or ICP system
Compatibility
- Depending on your system's configuration, this card will support the following Mitel digital Superset telephone sets:
- 3DN, 4DN, 401, 401+, 410, 420, 430, 4001, 4015, 4025, and 4150
- The 9109-012-002 is considered a "bonus" DNI card. Please make sure you are aware of it's restrictions. Your system will only support as many of these cards as paid for in your license agreement with Mitel. If you aren't sure how many of these cards are supported in your system as per your Mitel license agreement, you can purchase either a 9109-012-000 or 9109-012-001, which don't have this licensing restriction.

- These items have been refurbished
- Refurbished items have been cleaned, tested, and confirmed to be fully functional
- These items may have minor blemishes on their housings which cannot be removed during the refurbishing process

- Item(s) must be received in original condition preferably in the same packing materials.
- Item(s) should be securely packed for safe return.

- Products usually ship within two business days after payment. If you have a rush order, or need an item delivered on Saturday please call to request faster shipping.
- All products are shipped and delivered on business days.
- Fixed or free shipping offer does not apply to items shipped on pallets, please call for rates on those items. Free shipping offers only apply to the continental US.
Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
