- Although this phone is branded "Ring Central" it is defaulted back to the standard "open-SIP" firmware allowing it to work on all hosted PBX platforms that are capable of using VVX x50 series phones.

Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
