- Our servers are initially configured without hard drives or system memory installed.
These items have been refurbished. Refurbished items have been cleaned, tested, and confirmed to be fully functional. Grade C items are fairly worn and may have various aesthetic issues such as, large scratches, dents, chipped/broken plastic, worn corners and yellowing.

- All products are shipped and delivered on business days.

Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
