The i10SV Video intercom is waterproof and dustproof and has a small and elegant design. It is great for indoor deployments such as retail, office buildings and residential spaces. The i10SV supports the Opus codec and can even be used to play background music when connected to a speaker.

Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
