The MiVoice 6940w is designed for the executive user who demands an exceptional device that meets their demanding communication needs. MobileLink enables the users’ mobile phone to pair directly with the 6940w using the embedded Bluetooth 5.2 interface to deliver access to many of the features of the mobile phone on the desk phone, making the MiVoice 6940w an invaluable companion to the mobile user’s smart phone. The 6940w affords users the flexibility to tailor the phone for specific needs through a broad array of end user installable add-on accessories.

Configuration
The minimum hardware revision we provide is date code 2020 or later. This model ships with MiNET
firmware 1.05.02.023 or higher allowing it to function on the following phone systems below and
provides the ability for the user to download the needed SIP firmware for UCaaS products utilizing
the Mitel 6900 series:
- Mitel 3300 MiVoice Business R8
- MiVoice Office 400 R5.0
- MiVoice 5000 of Office 250 R6.4
- MiVoice MX-One R6.3
- MiCollab Client, Release 7.2.2
- RingCentral and other BYOD platforms, manual provisioning

Exceptions
50008311, 50008312, and 50008313 that are new in box, ship with older MiVoice Connect firmware.

Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
