The Cisco IP Phone Expansion Module 7914 extends the capabilities of the Cisco IP Phone 7960 with additional buttons and an LCD display.
Features
- Line Key: Using the Cisco Call Manager Administration tool, the system administrator assigns one or more DN to buttons on the Cisco 7914 Expansion Module as desired. The line key will show the appropriate designation.
- Speed Dial: Each button not used as a line (DN) key can be programmed as a speed-dial key in the same manner as the Cisco IP Phone 7960. You can use the Cisco IP Phone User Options Web page to program a speed-dial number and label the associated button with an appropriate name.

- All products are shipped and delivered on business days.
- Fixed or free shipping offer does not apply to items shipped on pallets, please call for rates on those items. Free shipping offers only apply to the continental US.
Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
