2. Check the Welcome Pack that comes with the product to find the phone’s credentials
3. Configure your handset by typing the device’s IP address on your web browser. It should lead to the configuration page of your device.
4. Key in the credentials found on the Welcome Pack to set up your device.
5. Or head to the company’s official website for more resources.

Certain models in the brand’s IP phone series may have additional steps to set up the unit. Hence, it’s best to consult the product manual to properly configure your device.
