The Yealink CP960 IP Conference Phone with Microsoft Teams software is an enterprise-grade conference phone with striking sound quality and native Teams user experience. The Android based OS and 5 inch color touchscreen makes using Microsoft Teams simple with a smartphone style interface. With three built-in microphones, the Yealink CP960 for Microsoft Teams provides up to 20 feet of voice pickup range and is expandable with available wired and wireless mics. Now with Hybrid mode, the Yealink CP960 can be used for both Microsoft Teams and Open-SIP account calls, allowing users to have the best of both worlds on one device.

Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
