The Sennheiser EPOS SP30+ Bluetooth Portable Speakerphone has all the features of the SP30, but adds the BTD 800 USB Bluetooth Dongle to allow a wireless connection to a non-Bluetooth device that has a USB-C or USB-A port (such as a desktop computer). The BTD 800 is not necessary for Bluetooth connectivity if the device you are pairing to has built-in Bluetooth (like a tablet or phone).

Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
