Features
Database back-up battery:
- (3.6V, lithium ion, coin cell rechargeable battery) Supports the database for at least 1 day of continuous system down time. On the PM-1 module, the LED labeled BAT ALM indicates the charge status of the battery. When the BAT ALM LED is not lit, the battery is adequately charged. When the LED lights green, the battery is recharging.
LED indicators:
- Shows main processor operation and module removal indicators.
IP Port (100Base-T):
- An 8-pin jack provides IP connection directly to the system with CAT5 or CAT5e cable. In addition, the IP Port can be used to load Call Processing software or software licenses, or to program the database.

- Provides four resources for receiving Caller ID.
These items have been refurbished. Refurbished items have been cleaned, tested, and confirmed to be fully functional. Grade A - Refurbished items show wear from consistent use and can have some scratches and may have some yellowing or discoloration.

- Products usually ship within two business days after payment. If you have a rush order, or need an item delivered on Saturday please call to request faster shipping.
- All products are shipped and delivered on business days.
- Fixed or free shipping offer does not apply to items shipped on pallets, please call for rates on those items. Free shipping offers only apply to the continental US.
Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
