Can I order a refurbished Computer with Windows 11 already installed?

Any device that we sell that supports Windows 11 will be advertised and shipped with Windows 11 installed, according to our agreement with Microsoft through their 3rd Party Refurbisher Program. Any machine that does not meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11 will still ship with a certified Microsoft Windows 10 license until the Windows 10 cut off date (October 2025).

I already purchased a newer Computer with Windows 10, what should I do?
Microsoft will still support updates to Windows 10 through October 2025. Once that date has passed, all security and longevity updates will discontinue. You may be able to upgrade your system to Windows 11 by purchasing a new retail key though the Microsoft Store or an authorized 3rd party retail store.

Can I upgrade my older Computer to Windows 11?
Windows 11 System Requirements: 4GB RAM, at least a Dual-Core processor, 64GB of storage, TPM 2.0, and graphics that supports DirectX 12.0 and higher. This generally means that computers manufactured prior to 2017(8th Generation Intel Processors & below) will likely not support a Windows 11 software update.
