The included in-line remote provides call control access at your fingertips, allowing adjustment of volume, microphone mute, and answer/end calls.

Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
