The Fanvil i10V is an access control audio and video intercom that enhances the security of any given area. The i10V has one button that can be used to communicate via two-way audio and it's further enhanced with a camera that can transmit video to a SIP phone, smartphone or display inside a facility. The i10V is a mini audio and video intercom that is IP54 rated with a temperature range of -20°C to 50°C. The i10V has a built-in 1-megapixel camera that can be activated by the visitor by the push of a button. The camera features high definition with 720p resolution. It features HD audio with a built-in speaker and has Opus support and an Acoustic Echo Canceller (AEC) for clear communication.

Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
