The Poly MDA524 QD seamlessly integrates mixed call environments and makes it easy for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to provide a better customer experience. Independent volume and mute controls allow for audio channel mixing to improve customer experience because customers can hear and be heard clearly. The MDA524 QD is for use with Poly Encore series of wired headset with 4-pin QD (quick disconnect) connector.
