Model PB-3-IP is a VoIP Emergency Phone Panic Button designed to mount under a desk or countertop and provide a quick and reliable way to make a silent emergency call. The called party can silently monitor the situation or engage in two-way handsfree communication by entering a touch tone “#”.

Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
