The Mitel BB424 Button Box provides and additional 24 programmable buttons for your Mitel 485G IP Phone. Buttons can be used as a busy-lamp field to monitor other users and for one-touch transfers. They can also be programmed with more advanced features. Using four available page buttons, you can access up to 96 total programmable buttons on each BB424.

Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
