This is the Poly A10-16 Cable (formerly P/N 66268-02) is a special cord (Quick Disconnect) that allows for Poly headsets (H-series) to be connected to headset-ready phones (ie. Nortel) which would normally take a Poly P-series Polaris headset. If you have Poly H-series headsets and a new Polaris-compatible telephone (phones with a built-in "headset ready" jacks) is purchased. By using this cable, you can keep your existing headsets rather than having to buy new Polaris-versions. part# 85T17AA#ABA
