Compatibility
The DS2000 system must use software version 03.22.08 or higher. The PCB will not function in any prior versions. The DSX T1/PRI PCB only provides T1 compatibility in DS2000 - not PRI.
The DSX-80/160 system must use software version 01.01.05 or higher. The PCB will not function in any prior versions. When used with DSX, the T1/PRI PCB provides both T1 and PRI compatibility (when available).

- Products usually ship within two business days after payment. If you have a rush order, or need an item delivered on Saturday please call to request faster shipping.
- All products are shipped and delivered on business days.
- Fixed or free shipping offer does not apply to items shipped on pallets, please call for rates on those items. Free shipping offers only apply to the continental US.
Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
