The Altigen IP 720 executive phone is perfect for those with high demands and call volumes. The IP720 features fifteen programmable buttons, speakerphone, built-in headset jack/port, call waiting indicator light, multi-line LCD screen, integrated Ethernet switch and PoE module. The Altigen IP720 can be powered by your PoE switch, or the optional power supply. The backlit display allows you to see your screen in all light conditions, while the full duplex speakerphone turns your Altigen 720 into the perfect conference phone. For those who require hands-free communication, the built-in headset jack comes in very handy for call centers or users that need to type while on the phone. A Gigabit network switch is included with the phone for high speed data transfer from the network to your PC. The Altigen IP 720 can display realtime statistics on the workgroup, perfect for service agents and supervisors to track call flow.

Warranty Policy
All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Please note that batteries are an exception to this policy. Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty due to their consumable nature.
