The website was easy to navigate an place my order. The only downside of the experience was in shipping. I selected economy shipping but wasn't told what shipper it would be. I thought economy ment post office but was pleasntly surprised when UPS delivered my computer. Overall this was a minor problem an didn't effect the whole experience

We received everything we order well package and working. We purchased power supplies that came in a separate package and both were the same model but had different size tips to plug in to the phones they were for. I called customer service they were will to exchange the power supplies.
